Meeting minutes and agendas are outlines of what each board, commission and City Council discussed in each public meeting and made available for all Mauldin residents.
Council agendas are outlines for a Council meeting showing what business the Council will be discussing on that date. No item can be voted on unless it is on an agenda and posted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. This ensures public notice.
Council minutes are summaries of actions Council took at the meeting and vote tallies. Council minutes or agendas not available on the website can be requested from the Municipal Clerk, Cindy Miller. Any minutes not approved by council are considered in draft form and are not final.
