CLASSES

The Sports Center prides itself on offering a wide variety of group fitness classes that cater to every fitness level and workout style.

Instructors

All of our instructors are certified to teach their specific group fitness classes.  Instructors are selected based on experience and qualifying certification. The sports center prioritizes each member’s safety and sense of accomplishment in every class.

Every instructor brings a different energy and talent to our group fitness schedule. Joining our classes is a great way to build motivation and accountability, not to mention it makes working out FUN!

We offer several specialty classes not offered at most gyms:

  • TRX® Training
  • Zumba
  • Kettleball AMPD
  • SilverSneakers

The variety of classes we offer here at the Mauldin Sports Center is like nowhere else in the Upstate!

EQUIPMENT

The Sports Center proudly offers a wide variety of equipment for all levels of activity and physical fitness.

Workout Spaces

  • Fitness Area: 3800 sq. ft.
  • Group Exercise Room: 2700 sq. ft.
  • Gymnasium: 12,800 sq. ft.
    • 94 ft. regulation court
    • Two (2) 74 ft. side courts
  • Climbing Center: 2,100 sq. ft.*
    • 32 ft. Rock Wall
  • Indoor Walking Track:
    • 1/10 mile
    • 3 lanes
    • 1 lane reserved for jogging and personal training

* Climbing Center – Our 32-foot climbing tower features 6 different climbing routes of varying intensity. A seasoned climber or a beginner — there is something for everyone!  Our rock wall is available Monday-Thursday 4pm-8pm; Friday 4pm-7pm; Saturday 8:30am-12pm; and Sunday 1pm-5pm.

SUMMER CAMP

Whatever vision you have for yourself, our accomplished trainers won’t stop working until it happens.

PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Our Personal Training Program is designed for you to be able to meet your personal fitness goals.  A free fitness assessment is available upon request at the beginning of your training session. The assessment is used as a tool to evaluate your current fitness level and measure your progress over time of hard work.  After obtaining this information, the trainer will design a personalized hour-long workout and training regimen for you.

Clients participate in our Mauldin Sports Center Personal Training Program with a wide variety of goals in mind:

  • Toning & conditioning
  • Building muscle
  • Training for an event/competition
  • Improving flexibility & mobility
  • Boosting endurance
  • Athletic training
