City of Mauldin sanitation schedule changes begin Jan. 11, 2027

Beginning on January 11, 2027, sanitation routes on Tuesday through Friday in the City of Mauldin will be changing (all routes on Monday will remain the same). As a result, roughly 20 percent of the households in Mauldin will have a new pickup day for trash and recycling.

If your pickup day is changing, you’ll receive a door hanger in early November and early December that indicates your new pickup day.

You can also confirm your pickup day by using this list and this map.

The Public Works Department is making these changes to increase efficiency as the city grows and additional sanitation routes continue to be added. The reorganized routes ensure that all trash trucks are clustered in a specific region of the city each day, so drivers don’t waste time or fuel traveling from one side of the city to the other.
