Frank Allgood brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in strategic planning, communications, operations, and organizational development across media, education, nonprofit, and financial services sectors. He currently serves as the Education Director at his church, overseeing large-scale programs for children and teens, supporting volunteer leaders, and strengthening family engagement.

Deeply committed to youth development, Frank leads one of the Upstate’s largest parish-based basketball programs – impacting over 375 athletes – and has been a head coach of boys’ and girls’ basketball for more than two decades. He is a certified South Carolina high school basketball official in District I and a  swim referee with SAIL (Swim Association Invitation League), with previous NCAA compliance and governance experience at the university level.

A proud Mauldin Maverick, Frank – along with his wife Jeneane and their two children – are all Mauldin High School graduates. The Allgoods actively support Mauldin High School’s band and color guard programs, as well as the KWPR Barracudas swim team. In his free time, Frank enjoys exploring the trails of Conestee Nature Preserve with the family dog, Charlie.

Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of South Carolina Upstate, where he was awarded the Earl Gordon Medal for University Service.
