Carol King moved to Mauldin in 1998. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. Carol went on to work for the South Carolina Department of Revenue where she dedicated 25 years of service. She then joined Cox, Cauley & Richardson, LLC in August 2012 as a Senior Accounting Manager. Carol currently works as a Tax Manager with Greene Finney Cauley LLP (formerly Cox, Cauley & Richardson/Greene Finney).

Carol is involved in her community as Treasurer of Knollwood Heights Community Pool and is an active member of the Mauldin Methodist Church. Additionally, Carol serves on the Mauldin Cultural Council Board as Treasurer.

Carol is married and has two sons. When not working or volunteering, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, reading and outdoor activities.
