A new entertainment destination in Mauldin is set to break ground in June 2026 and open in early 2027. PAR Greenville will feature elevated mini golf, golf simulators, upscale dining and dynamic social spaces at the intersection of E. Butler Road and I-385, delivering a one-of-a-kind experience where play, food and community come together.
This collaboration with the City of Mauldin and First Bank will feature two distinct 18-hole outdoor courses crafted with immersive design, dynamic play elements and a modern aesthetic designed to appeal to all ages.
In addition to its signature courses on more than three acres of land, PAR Greenville will offer state-of-the-art golf simulators, giving guests the opportunity to experience world-class courses and interactive games year-round. The 12,000-square-foot venue will also include an elevated restaurant and full-service bar, delivering a chef-driven menu alongside craft cocktails, local brews and a curated social atmosphere.
The outdoor experience will feature a spacious courtyard designed for relaxation and connection, complete with fire pits and large-format, 25-foot screens for sports, entertainment and special events. Whether guests are enjoying a casual night out, hosting a private gathering or watching the big game, PAR Greenville aims to be a central hub for community and entertainment.
