The Mauldin Theatre Company announced its highly anticipated 2025-26 season at a sold-out Black Tie Gala on Friday, Jan. 24. Hosted by Production and Theatre Coordinator Kristofer Parker, the red carpet event featured a live band led by Greg Day and a special performance by Broadway’s Christiani Pitts, renowned for her roles in “King Kong” and “A Bronx Tale.”
This year’s exciting lineup — based around the theme “A Blank Canvas Awaits: Season of Transformation” — includes the following productions:
- “Prince of Egypt” – August 15-31, 2025
- “Noises Off” – October 9-12, 2025
- “RENT” – November 7-23, 2025
- “Children of Eden” – February 12-15, 2026
- “Beetlejuice Jr.” – March 20-29, 2026
- “Memphis” – May 8-24, 2026
Plus, the following productions are planned for the Spotlight Series, which provides a platform for a wider range of programming and events:
- “Songs for a New World” – September 25-27, 2025
- Mauldin City Singers Christmas Concert – December 13-14, 2025
- “Beyonce/Taylor Swift Music Revue” – January 15-17, 2026
- “Broadway Backwards” – March 13, 2026
- Shakespeare in the Park’s “Two Gentlemen of Verona” – April 17-19, 2026
- Mauldin City Singers Spring Concert May 2-3, 2026
- “1776” – June 27-28, 2026
The Mauldin Theatre Company’s next show will be Andrew Lippa’s “Wild Party,” which runs from Thursday, Jan. 30 to Saturday, Feb. 8. Tickets are $20 for general admission and $15 for students, seniors and members of the military and can be purchased here.
