The City of Mauldin is seeking sealed bids from anyone wishing to purchase the 11’ x 55’ mobile office trailer located at 8 Jenkins Street, Mauldin, SC. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Mauldin City Public Works auxiliary facility at the same location. Inspection, questions and walk through will take place at this time only. Anyone submitting bids is welcome to attend the pre-bid meeting, but attendance is not mandatory.
Sealed bids will be received by the Public Works Department at City Hall (5 East Butler Road, Mauldin, South Carolina) until 2:00 PM local time on July 31, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid opening will begin promptly on July 31st at 2 PM in the upstairs conference room at Mauldin City Hall; no bid may be submitted after the bid opening begins. All bids must follow the instructions given in the Sealed Bid Request posted on the City of Mauldin’s website. The 11 X 55 mobile office trailer is offered as is, where is. No warranty, or guarantee, expressed implied or otherwise, is made. In the event the first winning bidder is unable to complete the terms as specified above then the next lowest bidder will be given the opportunity to honor his/her bid and in the like manner.
