The Board of Appeals is involved with hearing and deciding appeals and variances from standards in the City Zoning Ordinance. The Board typically meets in the evening as needed when an application has been received for review. The frequency at which they meet can vary widely; sometimes they meet in consecutive months, and other times they may go many months without meeting.
