The City of Mauldin Police Department is now accepting applications for their 7th Session of the Citizen’s Police Academy (CPA). The CPA is for persons 21 years of age or older who are interested in law enforcement activities. Applicants must reside in Greenville County and undergo a criminal background check. Topics such as Crime Scene Investigation, Traffic Enforcement, Community Patrol, and Crime Prevention will be covered during the course.
Class will begin on Monday September 26th, 2022 and will meet every Monday, for a total of 8 weeks. Classes will conclude with a graduation on November 14th, 2022. Classes are scheduled for 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and will be held in the Mauldin Police Department Training Room at 5 East Butler Road. For more details, please contact Sgt.
