









The Mauldin Cultural Center is set to kick off its summer season with Amp’d Up Fridays, the free concert series that runs every Friday night from May 29 to July 31. Concerts will feature genres including beach music, country, pop, soul and more, as well as a variety of food trucks and beer and wine. All shows run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Mauldin Cultural Center outdoor amphitheater at 101 E. Butler Rd.
“We’re excited to kick off the 12th season of Amp’d Up Fridays, bringing our community together each week for free summer concerts filled with everything from beach music and blues to rock, country and R&B,” said Event Manager Caitlyn Pendleton. “With themed nights throughout the season and a spectacular fireworks finale, it’s the perfect excuse to grab your lawn chairs, gather your favorite people and enjoy unforgettable evenings at our beautiful amphitheater.”
This year’s lineup of performances is as follows:

- July 24 | Trey Duncan
- July 31 | Randomonium
The finale concert on July 31 will feature a fireworks show beginning at approximately 9:15 p.m.
Now entering its 12th season, Amp’d Up Fridays continues to feature a variety of music genres each week, with bands hailing from across the Carolinas and Georgia. This season will feature themed nights including ’80s Night, Beach Night and more, with guests encouraged to dress up and take part in the fun.
“Amp’d Up Fridays is what summer in Mauldin is all about. It’s music, energy and a strong sense of community,” said Taft Matney, Mauldin City Council Member and chair of the Economic Planning and Development Committee. “It’s exciting to see families, friends and visitors come together week after week and experience everything our city has to offer.”
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and/or blankets. Parking and entry are free, and leashed dogs are allowed at the event, which will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, weather-related announcements will be posted on the Mauldin Cultural Center’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
Outside food and beverages, smoking/vaping, weapons and scooters/skateboards/bikes are all prohibited at this event.
